***Plan B applies to those who are registered members of St. John Eudes Parish contributing in the envelope system 75% of the time throughout the year which calculates to 38 weeks a year. (19 weeks in a six month period) Those who are new to the parish must be contributing in the envelope system at least six months to be placed on Plan B. Audits are done August and February.

REGISTRATION*: Non-Refundable Due at time of registration

Returning Student                                           $185 per student (Due: February 20, 2009)

SCHOOL FEES*: Non Refundable Due by April  22, 2009

*A separate late fee will be applied to registration fee and school fees not submitted by due date.

FAMILY FUNDRAISING

REQUIREMENT:                              $550 per family

FAMILY SERVICE REQUIREMENT: You may choose any one of the following:

• 40 Service Hours (Uncompleted hours are charged at the rate of $20 per hour)
• $4400 in Scrip purchase (June 2009-May 2010)
• Combination of Hours and Scrip at a rate of $120=1 Service Hour
• Minimum contribution of $800 to the Endowment Fund.  Matching Funds from your company may be used.

PAYMENT PLANS: All parents are required to choose the following options ONLY:

1. Full Payment of tuition on or before May 28, 2009

2.   11 Month automatic payment through FACTS from checking, savings-begins in  

      July

3. 12 Month automatic payment through FACTS from checking, savings-begins in June
4. Credit Card-Those wishing to pay by credit card -please contact the school accounting  office (Mastercard, American Express and Discover Card only)
